text-align: justify;\">\n<li>no gas rejection (discharge)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>outside,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>responsible for<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>destroying the ozone layer<\/li>\n<li>total recycling of any water Process by a closed-loop recycling solution<\/li>\n<li>low energy consumption for the realization of our profiles<\/li>\n<li>treatment and complete recycling of our production waste<\/li>\n<li>the realization of PVC resins asks for few natural resources (residues of oil and brine)<\/li>\n<li>we use, at the most, packagings made from recycled materials (covers for example) within a CONSTANT RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BY RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>according to the voluntary Commitment of Vinyl 2010 as member of the SNEP, we did eliminate from our profiles any stabilisant in lead salts.<\/li>\n<li>we do ensure that products used for the realization of our compounds do not appear in the list of forbidden products<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>according to the \u00ab\u00a0REACH\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0directive.<\/li>\n<li>our profiles are insensible to any fungal contamination and clear from any organic volatile component<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>( COV): they contribute to the internal air quality and answer, from a sanitary point of view,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>any target<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>of the HQE plan ( high environmental quality).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>WHILE FOCUSING ON INNOVATION AND QUALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>for more than forty years,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>we have been improving and optimizing our formulations.<\/li>\n<li>fully aware of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the environmental stakes and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>energy saving-oriented, our R&amp;D office defines profiles allowing the realization of more and more successful<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>joineries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>WHILE ALLOWING TO BUILD SUSTAINABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>our profiles allow joinery realizations whose heat insulation characteristics<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>lead to energy consumption decreases and contribute to the conservation of natural ressources.<\/li>\n<li>IN ALPHA range , thanks to its innovative design, has considerably<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>reduced the use of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>steel reinforcements (divided by 3) and thus answers<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the governmental goals of the COP 21, <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>in term of energy savings ( thermal performance) and reduction of COV releases (lighter joinery and reduced steel consumption).<\/li>\n<li>our materials and profiles are stable and long-lasting in time: this durability is verified and certified by the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>NF126 code (paired with <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the NF IN 12608-1) and all our systems of windows are under DTA (Technical Document of Application), attributed and checked by the CSTB (Scientific Center of Construction techniques).<\/li>\n<li>our profiles do not require any<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>other maintenance than a simple soap and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>water cleansing\u00a0, solvent-based and agressive products being excuded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BY OUR OWN WASTE TREATMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">although our profiles are officially classified &#8220;non-hazardous waste&#8221;, we recycle in-house all of our<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>profile production waste.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0a<\/span>ll our industrial waste: scraps, oil etc are recycled.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ALPHACAN is also committed into sustainable development by subscribing to voluntary Eco-contribution of Vinyl 2010, through its proper Trade<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Union (SNEP), paid to Vinyl Foundation so as to finance the activities of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>PVC recycling process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALPHACAN commits itself for the environmental environment &nbsp;
